Michael Proulx is an associate in the firm’s Boca Raton office and focuses his practice on commercial transactions. 

Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. While attending law school, Michael received a series of honors and distinctions, including earning a certificate in business law and being named to the dean’s list for multiple semesters. Further, Michael served as the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the St. Thomas University Business Law Society.

In his free time, Michael enjoys being outdoors, boating, paddle boarding, traveling and enjoying time with his friends, family, and his black lab named Lyko.
