Jared Stark is the founder and Managing Attorney of Stark Business Law PLLC.

Jared graduated from law school at Georgetown University and began his career at Latham & Watkins LLP, one of the largest and most prestigious corporate law firms in the United States. He then worked as in-house counsel for a large real estate development company before leaving to launch his own firm focused on providing corporate legal guidance to entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies. 

In addition to corporate matters, Jared also maintains an active trademark practice and has registered more than 500 trademarks for clients. 

Jared has been featured in the Miami Herald, the Daily Business Review, and other publications.
